This Privacy Policy describes how DarkRooms ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile and web application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect
DarkRooms does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App runs entirely on your device. No user accounts, registration, or login are required.
We do not collect:
- Name, email address, or any contact details
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data (GPS or otherwise)
- Usage analytics or gameplay statistics
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Financial or payment information
- Photos, camera, or microphone access
2. Third-Party Services
DarkRooms does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social SDKs, or tracking libraries. The App makes no network requests during gameplay.
Distribution through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy, which is independent of this document.
3. Children's Privacy
DarkRooms does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no data whatsoever, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.
4. Data Storage and Security
All game state (such as audio context and level progression) exists only in your device's memory for the duration of a play session and is discarded when you close the App. Nothing is written to disk or transmitted to external servers.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
